I have been following this workout plan for about 4 months and have seen a huge difference in my body. This plan was created by a Brazilian team of trainers, and I'm excited to share it with all of you.

The plan consists of a 3-day full-body workout that can be repeated throughout the week. It can be done at any gym and used for a duration of 5 months. The goal of this plan is to increase gluteal muscle size and tone the rest of the body.
